Concept Design

Our technical expertise is available to advise on production issues at initial design stage.

Technical Evaluation

We will provide assistance with tooling, material specifications, mechanical calculations, per­formance criteria and budgetary costings from start-up to delivered product.

Tooling

For prototypes, composite technology offers a very cost effective and rapid means of bringing new products to the market place. We are able to provide pattern making and production tooling as an integrated part of the manufacturing process

Manufacture

For its existing customers the Company produces mouldings ranging from intricate medical operating theatre equipment through to large 4.5 x 2.5 metre tank assemblies for water treatment plants. For many of the modules the Company also sources, stocks and incorporates sub-components into the final delivered product.

Systems Support

Holders recognise the importance of integrating fully with their Clients procedures and processes and this reflects in their system of Forward Order Programmes, Production Planning, Status Reports and Inventory Management, which form part of the total package available to customers.
